Off-Plan Launch Marketing Calendar for UAE Agencies: A Six-Week Plan

An off-plan launch has a clock on it. The agency that is ready on launch day, with a landing page, tracking, a lead form and a follow-up routine, has a head start over the agency that scrambles to publish an ad the night before.

This guide gives UAE and GCC real estate agencies a simple off-plan launch marketing plan: six weeks, one theme per week, with a clear list of what to do and what to check. It is a planning framework, not a promise of results, and every example is illustrative. Adapt it to your project, your budget and your developer's guidelines.

Important: off-plan marketing is regulated and developers usually control what you can say about a project. Always get approval for materials from the developer and follow current advertising rules from your regulator.

Week 1: Prepare

This week decides how smooth everything else will be.

  • Collect approved assets. Renders, floor plans, payment plan wording and project facts, all confirmed by the developer.
  • Build or update a dedicated landing page. One project, one clear message and one main action. Our checklist for property search and lead forms covers what a lead form needs.
  • Set up tracking. Use consistent campaign tags so you can see which channel brought each enquiry.
  • Route enquiries into your CRM. Decide who receives them and how fast they are contacted.
  • Write the FAQ. Collect the ten questions buyers will ask and agree the answers.

Week 2: Warm up

Before you spend on ads, talk to the people who already know you.

  • Send an email or message to contacts who have opted in to hear from you, inviting them to register their interest.
  • Post teaser content on your social channels. Our LinkedIn content plan for UAE brokerages gives ideas for the professional audience.
  • Brief your agents with the approved facts, so everyone gives the same answers.
  • Test the full path: click the ad link, open the page, fill in the form, check that the lead reaches the CRM and that the follow-up message sends.

Week 3: Launch

Go live with a focused set of channels instead of every channel at once.

  • Search campaign: target people actively looking for projects in the community or for off-plan properties generally.
  • Social campaign: use clear visuals and one simple message. Our comparison of Google Ads and Meta Ads for UAE property leads helps you decide how to split attention between them.
  • Daily check: look at enquiries every morning and afternoon during launch week. Respond fast, and note any recurring questions.

Keep ad wording consistent with the landing page. When the ad and page promise the same thing, visitors are more likely to complete the form.

Week 4: Nurture

Most buyers will not decide in the first conversation. This week is about staying useful.

  • Share short explainers, such as how a payment plan works in plain words, as approved by the developer.
  • Invite interested contacts to a viewing, a sales centre visit or a call.
  • Send a short sequence of emails or messages. For structure, see property lead nurture emails: an FAQ for UAE agencies.
  • Update the FAQ with new questions from real conversations.

Week 5: Convert

  • Retarget visitors who viewed the landing page or started the form but did not finish, using approved creative.
  • Follow up every open lead at least once more, by the channel they used.
  • Share a clear next step: book a viewing, request the brochure, speak to an advisor.
  • Tidy the CRM. Update stages, close dead leads with a reason and flag hot ones for a manager.

Week 6: Review

Review as a team, using the same simple questions each time.

  1. Which channels produced enquiries, and which produced good conversations?
  2. How quickly did we respond, on average?
  3. Where did leads stall in the pipeline?
  4. Which questions came up again and again?
  5. What will we repeat, change or stop?

Record the answers in a one-page summary. That page becomes your starting point for the next launch.

A simple budget logic (without numbers)

You do not need a perfect split on day one. A sensible approach is to keep a reserve in the plan.

  • Spend a first share on search and social at launch.
  • Hold a reserve for retargeting and for whichever channel performs better in weeks 3 and 4.
  • Do not move money on the basis of a single day. Wait for a pattern.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Launching before the follow-up route is ready. Leads that wait a day for a reply are easy to lose.
  • Using unapproved claims. Stick to the facts the developer has approved.
  • Sending all traffic to a homepage. Give each campaign its own landing page.
  • Judging too early. Review at the end of each week, not every hour.

Content ideas to prepare in advance

Create a small bank of approved content during week 1, so you are never rushing to write something mid-campaign.

  • A short project overview in plain language, using only approved facts.
  • A "who is this for" note, for example first-time buyers or investors, written without promising returns.
  • A one-page explainer of the buying steps, from registering interest to the next stage, as described by the developer.
  • A set of answers to common questions about location, handover timing and payment plan, each one confirmed in writing.
  • Two or three short videos or image carousels that agents can share on their own channels.
